I want to especially recognize and recommend Hayes in the repair department in the Village District store. He’s phenomenal. 10/10 could not recommend Baileys fine jewelry enough! My fiance wanted a very unique wedding band. After searching multiple stores, we came across Baileys and I am so glad we did! To start, the store itself is very inviting and all of the employees are very friendly! They offer the option to custom build jewelry. Wonderful service and very happy with my experience here. Othman went above and beyond, and was the reason I purchased from Bailey’s.
Nick+Max took great care of me. Helped me fix my wife’s bracelet. Super quick and friendly. This made my wife and I decide to buy her engagement ring here as well. Manju helped us create a custom right that looks amazing. The process was very streamline and fun. They even created a digital rendering and a 3d printed version before we signed off on having the final ring made.
