Very nice people, greats service, decent prices. Repaired the jump ring on my pendant and got it the same day.
Had an amazing experience creating my engagement ring! Kim was wonderful to work with, never any pressure, and when we told her we chose Bailey's to help design my ring, she was prompt, honest about the process time, and always available to help. The designer, Eric Clemente, was able to take my very rough sketch and turn it into a masterpiece. We couldn't be more happy with them!
Incredible customer service! I damaged my wedding band, engagement ring and grandmothers wedding band soaking my rings in cleaner. They seemed to in pretty bad shape and I was quoted several hundred dollars by other stores. Eric restored my rings to perfection the same day I called and did so free of charge, even though he did not make the rings. Every representative in the store spoke to me, checked on me and offered me drinks and snacks. We will be back!
