Not only is she very knowledgeable of all of the products, she is also a very caring, sweet, and thoughtful lady! She goes beyond the call of duty for all of her customers! I cannot say enough about the exceptional customer service at Bailey's! All the employees go above and beyond the "call of duty" to accommodate their customers. I have bought numerous pieces of David Yurman and John Hardy jewelry at Bailey's, and I have typically worked with Joyce. She is absolutely the best! Kim is so outgoing and friendly. She is always goes out of her way to help customers find what they are looking for. She is amazing.
