Bailey is the best! Things were delayed because of supply chain shortages out of her control, but Bailey kept in touch with me and the blind I ordered, which needed to match the other blinds in the house that were installed twenty-one years ago, was a 99% match, as close as it could have been. I was a "small fry" customer, needing only one blind, and I'm sure Bailey had bigger fish to fry, but she treated me like was her only customer.
