Dropped my grandmother's van off for the heater hose and a bad oil leak. They fixed the heater hose for $211 but then ignored the oil leak. When I asked about it, he said your grandmother doesn't drive it much anyway does she. It doesn't matter if she drives it or not they totally ignored half the problem. I even showed them where the oil was leaking from. To top it off, we filled the van up with gas before we took it there and it was on E when we got it back.
