Bailey's was our second opinion after our property management company's choice of HVAC vendor quoted $6600 to replace our unit because, according to them, the compressor was shot. Ray came out and in a matter of minutes called me to tell me the water lines needed flushed, the filters needed cleaned, and freon topped off...took him about an hour and $455 worth of time and material to get us up and running. Thankful for the honest, quick, and reliable service...I've got a new go-to for all my HVAC needs!!!
I had a new HVAC system installed last year by Baileys A/C. I just had my yearly inspection and maintenance done by an amazing and talented technician. I just wanted to thank everyone one the Baileys A/C team for an amazing job. I will definitely be recommending them to friends.

This company is awesome!! We’ve been dealing with this company since 2018. They reinstalled our HVAC after hurricane Michael. Did a great job. Most recently this week we had a problem with the duct system, which was previously installed by another company. They came out diagnosed it had it repaired in A few hours, and their price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Bailey for your HVAC needs. Harvey.
