Whilliam Mercado came on time. Listened to my explanation, while viewing the non-functioning 2 water valves. We discussed the estimate & decided on the price for what would be done. He then stated on the work and answered my questions as I watched. All work was well performed. When ready for water to be turned on, let pressure ease, and cleared the hot water dirt before reconnecting. He also explained all ‘paperwork’ before I signed. I am pleased with this Bailey plumber doing a job on my home. Katie

I called Bailey plumbing for a new Pressure Reducing Valve and a water heater anode. They responded quickly and sent out one of their plumbers, Whilliam. He evaluated the situation, gave me my options, and got to work right away. Once he was finished he showed me what he’d done, answered all my questions, and told me what a good company Bailey is to work for, then showed me around his rig. Prices are insane. Just got charged a $59 dispatch fee, then $575 to snake a drain. Same day service and the guy was nice so I paid it, but buyer beware.
