We buy office supplies here and have a service contract for our copy machine. The supplies are great and we love the convenience of buying them the same day instead of waiting for stuff to ship from Amazon. We always get a quick response when our copy machine needs something and Adam and Norm are great to work with.
I had a printer on my home network that I wanted to get reprogrammed in case it was the source of a recurring virus. Adam was very responsive via email while I arranged the visit (2 hour drive each way for me). He had the repair done in 10 minutes and refused to charge me. I had a great experience with him and would return if I need future service.
SERVICE QUALITY AMAZING... GREAT PEOPLE! Thank you for always having the best service and products. Shop local always! This is a wonderful office supply with everything you need. Do not go to Walmart, support our local folks who care.
Dropped off a file to be copied..they said would be ready in a few days..called 4 days later, they said they had not even looked at it..they decided they did not have time to copy it...never even contacted us to let us know..bad for business ...won't go back !!!
