I had a printer on my home network that I wanted to get reprogrammed in case it was the source of a recurring virus. Adam was very responsive via email while I arranged the visit (2 hour drive each way for me). He had the repair done in 10 minutes and refused to charge me. I had a great experience with him and would return if I need future service.
SERVICE QUALITY AMAZING... GREAT PEOPLE! Thank you for always having the best service and products. Shop local always! This is a wonderful office supply with everything you need. Do not go to Walmart, support our local folks who care.
Dropped off a file to be copied..they said would be ready in a few days..called 4 days later, they said they had not even looked at it..they decided they did not have time to copy it...never even contacted us to let us know..bad for business ...won't go back !!!
I called to schedule a service appointment for a printer. Technician took time out to talk through a diagnosis on the phone. We were able to get the printer up and running, saved me 1 1/2 hr drive. Great customer service based company who cares!
Poor quality laminate job, no attention to detail while cutting the plastic, peeled off 1 week later.
