Made a walk-in, met Alex on the first day.. wonderful wonderful staff, and she booked an appointment for me the next day. Got there, and my chosen frame and appointment time was already set out.. impressive!! Met Grace for the prelim test, next, Dr. Kim. Both super professional, attentive and kind. Had an urgency request, and the team superseded my expectation. Got my perfect frame and lenses way before due date.. You guyz already have a perfect functioning team at "The Well". Don't break that up.. Kudos lovely Team..
