As the first customer this morning, I'm displeased with the lady who helped me today. The way she explained things was so imposing and dismissive of my concerns. She doesn't know how to explain clearly the appropriate frame and describing what is best for me. In short, very poor customer service. I'm pleased that the manager comprehends my requirements and is proficient in advising me on the correct course of action. Your well-stated recommendation for me is much appreciated, thank you.

I visited Bailey Nelson for the first time after visiting a number of other eyeglass stores in search of some new pairs. When I arrived, I was greeted right away by a man who identified himself later as the store manager (who's name I have unfortunately forgotten). I wanted to browse around myself first but within the first 5 minutes of being there, the manager came over with 3 different styles that he recommended for me.
