My wife bought two prescriptions glasses (normal + sunglasses) from the Guilford store. Store Manager (Sanchit) was extremely helpful in finding us the right product and very patiently answered tons of questions we asked related to the features, different options, styles, shades, etc. Overall, it was a seamless experience and completely satisfying with the product delivered. Keep it up guys, you’re doing an amazing job! Cheers!

I hope this helps someone make an informed decision. I visited Bailey Nelson Guildford on July 19 for one reason only: I was experiencing severe starburst and glare while driving at night. That was my only concern. Before I had even seen the optometrist, I felt pressured by the sales associates to start looking at frames. I was ready to buy a pair of glasses for myself, but this experience completely changed my mind. We arrived at around 7:35 p.m., and I told the sales associate that we just needed to quickly grab my prescription and that we’d be right back. She acknowledged us, so we left and returned at 7:50 p.m., well before their posted closing time of 8:00 p.m. When we got back, we were told they couldn’t process the purchase because they were closing.
