I came in for a regular eye exam and to get some new frames and was very lucky to have Youssef helping me out. He is very knowledgeable and clearly has a lot of experience as he picked out a pair for me that immediately became my new favourite! I 100% recommend going to see him.

I got my glasses at Southgate’s Bailey Nelson, and at both stores the workers are so welcoming and attentive! At WEM, Jarrod is always willing to help me out with my glasses when I feel like it’s not fitting me correctly. Thank you for your patience and kindness! :)
