Made an appointment last minute girl on the phone didn’t tell me after being 5 minutes late they make it a no show! Mind you I had 4 kids with me I tried my best to get into the mall and find parking and navigate where this place was as fast as I could all while keeping an eye on 4 children. I came here for an emergency. My daughter needed her eyes flushed because of a sand incident. Which I told them on the phone and they still turned me away!! I got such a good attention from the guys in the main lobby, i was happy about all the information I received, the glasses took almost a week but that's pretty normal nowadays.

Hans provided exceptional service! Went in with bent glasses, and Hans fixed them, replaced the nose pads, and went above and beyond to make them look and feel brand new. Excellent attention to detail and customer service. Truly appreciate the care and effort!
