I went there for my first eye exam. Just I called and confirm the time of visit. It’s located in main floor of Scarborough town centre . Staff and doctor are friendly and kind . Explain everything step by step while doing the eye test Am satisfied with their service. It’s take around 45mins
It was very unfortunate experience here at Bailey and Nelson with the receptionist at the store She was very rude and unhelpful and just trying to give answers rudely and very disrespectful. Firstly , I was having an appointment at 5 but she forced me to come early and after that she was just trying to let us leave the store. Secondly, please if any one from the main branch or some franchise owner reading this review please change your receptionist otherwise it will really impact your overall store sales.
It was a very good experience and was very affordable too. They had direct billing with my insurance and that helped a lot too.
