I highly this place for eye exams. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Wong; he was very knowledgeable and helpful with my concerns. The front desk was also very kind, didn't get the chance to get any names unfortunately.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Worst customer service a store can offer. The person at the front has an attitude that she’s going us a favour by being at work. Wasted an hour of mine say the doctor is coming and we will call you but they never did They will lie to your face at calling you but when asked to show who they called they wouldn’t show me. You rather go without glasses your whole life than get one from this place. After being a repeat customer for them I will never be stepping for in any of their stores.
