Lucy from Bailey Nelson in the Rideau Centre is amazing. She was super friendly and helpful, and it took just over two weeks from when I booked my appointment to when I had new lenses in my current frames. Bailey Nelson has a super convenient online booking system with a lot of availability during the day and after 5pm. Extremely happy with the service here.
