They knew I needed my glasses before a trip. No one called me to pick up. When I called and spoke to them I asked what time the Rideau center closes they said 9.00 pm without qualifying that Bailey closes at 8.00 pm causing a great deal of inconvenience.

The staff are helpful and friendly. The timeframe they estimated for my contact delivery was accurate, even if the incorrect item was provided by the supplier. This was my 3rd visit to Bailey Nelson and I'll keep them as my Optometry clinic.
