I am not satisfied with the service. I visited the center more than once to collect my eyeglasses. During my first visit, the glasses were too wide, and I asked customer service to help adjust them. However, after several attempts in the store, they were unable to fix the issue. I had to leave the glasses there and have not heard back from them since. Very nice space and staff. Ginika especially was very helpful when it came to making a decision on what frames to go with. They have really good deals and have a welcome lottery game, through which I won 50% off on 2 pairs of glasses, that came at an already reduced price. All in all really great place to shop for glasses.
Everyone working there is nice. Good service. Didn’t take long to get an appointment.
I had a great experience getting a new pair of glasses. Victoria was incredibly helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions with patience and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I left feeling confident and very satisfied. Highly recommend!
