I'm a return customer to Bailey Nelson. They've always had friendly staff any time you visit a site whether it's their oshawa or Fairview locations. The tests are easy and the staff guides you patiently through it all. You get your specs back pretty swiftly too. I still think the price can be a bit lower especially after justifiable add ons like Blue filter and transitions. The frames are classy with a bit of modern styling but they're no Zeelool lol. I would definitely return again though. Thanks team Oshawa!
The service I received was wonderful. They took the time to listen to my needs and help me choose the lenses that made sense for me, my current vision experience, and lifestyle. I was very impressed. I’m just sorry I don’t know their names to share in recognition of a job well done.
Went in for my first ever eye check up and they were both very polite and guided me throughout the whole thing! I didn’t catch their names but they were both very helpful :) Would recommend!
