Stellar service from Steph and Anish. They helped me choose the right frames and had a great experience at their location. Thank you!
I had to come on here to give Steph her flowers, she is a lovely woman who clearly cares about customer experience. I had never shopped at Bailey Nelson before but loved the look of the frames and this location offered me the ability to book a same-day optometry appointment with a great optometrist. From there, Steph made the process of selecting frames fun and the payment process easy. Looking forward to going back!
Went in for my first pair from BN, absolutely wonderful and smooth experience. Got my eyes tested & front end salespeople were personable and professional, fixed me up with my beautiful glasses. Asked me how much am I comfortable paying out of pocket at the moment & customized by order accordingly, billed directly to my insurance and I was on my way within an hour - eye test + picking glasses ( transition lenses btw ) + everything else. Highly recommend!
We’ve been wearing Bailey Nelson glasses for over five years, and their service never disappoints. This location in particular provides exceptional customer service, and it’s always a pleasure to visit. I didn’t get anyone’s name, but every staff member at this store will make sure you’re well taken care of for your next pair of glasses or sunglasses :)
