Such a wonderful community of families and my experience here has been short bit Mr. BLACK took a chance on me when Noone else would. Reasonable rent, clean properly and a safe place to call my new home.
Great place to live at an affordable price. The park is kept perfectly manicured with a friendly and courtesy staff. I would definitely recommend Bailey's!
Well where to start let's see first and foremost you might need a 4x4 to access this trailer park and if you have a car get ready to bottom out in potholes the size of small single trampolines....Next hardly any upkeep is maintained in this park..Grass two feet tall, trash everywhere, and dogs running around and some will even growl and bite at ya.... I'd just close this with a enter at your own risk... ZAP
