I contacted this company back in early October of 2024 to have my property surveyed. It took three messages to finally get a return call. I was informed it would be 6 weeks to get to the job due to a covid outbreak at his company. I agreed to the time frame and price. Called back after waiting eight weeks. I was then told it could be done the next week either Monday or Friday. I agreed to Monday but to please call me the day of to confirm they would do the job. If Bobby says the survey will take 6 weeks firm double that. If he says it will cost $800 max double that too. However, when he’s finally finished he does a very good job. Also, he doesn’t communicate very well.

I called needing a survey of my yard to get a fence and the man told me an estimate of what it would cost over the phone, then told me it would be 4 weeks before he could get to me. I said fine as I know everyone is busy. He said he would call the week he would be available with a time and date. That was in September, and I'm still waiting to hear for him... poor customer service.
