I had a really great experience here. The whole process was smooth, and I was happy with how everything turned out. He was super kind, easy to talk to, and made me feel comfortable from the start. Steve is very knowledgeable, does great work & gives great service for a fair price.
I highly recommend Bailey Electronics. Steve took the time to walk me through every option for my broken radio, from repair possibilities to replacement units at various price points. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never pressured me into a particular choice. Excellent customer service and a great experience from start to finish.
I gave the guy all the specs about my F150 for radio, and he never replied back. Not professional at all. I don’t recommend this place at all.
