I don’t complain much I don’t even send food back in restaurants but I have to say something here.My time and money was wasted here. I had a night guard custom-made, when I picked it up a month ago I was sent away with the guard still attached to its form. I could not get it off the form and was forced forced to make another appointment to have it taken off. Dr. Bailey called me within hours after I left a message regarding my dental pain. He got me on antibiotics immediately and recommended effective pain relief. All this during a pandemic when his office is closed by the state! I will forever be grateful to Dr. Bailey for helping me when I really needed it.
I want to thank Dr. Bailey and his staff for the extra time and effort that they were willing to put forth in order to help me obtain my remaining teeth-alignment trays when I moved from Minneapolis, MN to Cold Spring, NY and switched dentists. It's much appreciated and I'm really excited to finish straightening my teeth that last little bit and not have to wear the trays during the day anymore.
There is no Dentist or person more caring about his patients than Dr. Bailey. He and his wonderful staff provide a level of service matched by no one.I have been privileged enough to know and use his services for the past 15 years and travel an hour just so myself and family are ensured to get the treatment Dr. Bailey ensures all his patients get.
