We called Baier heating and air conditioning for a second opinion. We were told that we needed to replace the control panel and that there was a wire problem. Chad came out right away to look at the problem. He diagnosed it quickly and efficiently. He was able to fix the problem which had nothing to do with control panel or the wiring. Baier Heating and Air are awesome. The technician Chad came out and diagnosed a problem I was having with my furnace. Quickly diagnosed the problem and offered me options on repairs and replacement. Never pushy and very respectful of my decision and my home. He even serviced my AC unit while he was here too and topped off the Freon at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company. Chad and his team have been my “go to” hvac guys for 15 years! I’m a real estate professional and having reliable, trustworthy, talented people to refer my clients to is essential. Chad has not once let me down. Bottom line he does great work for fair prices and always makes me look good for referring him. Of course, I’ve used him personally as well and I totally get why people love him.
