Same experience here. Paid him up front to purchase materials and gave him a discount on his rent for him to replace a roof. He owes me $8k and he never purchased materials or even started on the roof. Seems like a nice guy at first, but he’s not. Stay away.
My favorite quote about Darryl Baideme was actually in a review on a different website, someone described him as “Friendly......when he was taking my money.” He talked a great story and actually seemed like a nice guy who knows what he’s doing, so I hired him.
