We just found this beautiful tea room! Love it. Next I am brining the whole family. Tea was wonderful, food yummy and the coconut cupcake so delightful! The owners are wonderful and very attentive!!! Thank you for a lovely Saturday tea time.

We were so lucky to have found this place for our baby shower! The lady who owns this place was so helpful and very nice and accommodating to our needs. She followed up with us several times before the shower to insure everything was what we wanted for our big day. I would recommend this place for any of your event needs and I would highly recommend having meals prepared from her as well, as the tea sandwiches was delicious and highlighted our other treats just right!
I'm really disappointed. I am throwing a baby shower for my friend and from what I could see online and on your FB page, Baicha Tea Room looked like it could be the perfect place. My friend walked in today to check the place out, try a tea smoothie and talk to someone. Before she could even find something to order, she was met with rudeness.
