I thought that I could trust Natalie, NP- but it turns out that she was DISHONEST with me, which is the LAST thing you want from a person that you put your trust in for personal healthcare needs. I am seriously considering reporting her to the board of nursing and/or reporting the clinic to the state, for malpractice. I haven’t decided yet. The office staff routinely will not answer the phone, our prescriptions often are slow to get filled because of the disjointed communication between them and our pharmacy. We've been tolerant for the last two years but find it necessary to seek another medical professional. She being in private practice as a nurse practitioner should have more wherewithal of the complaints coming from patients. We've experienced unprofessional responses to our inquiries into our own care.
I have finally found someone who answers all my questions thoroughly. Natalie is always willing to work with me on any issues I have. Her front office is professional in a small town and is a welcome relief. They get all of my prescriptions filled in record time. I love that I can also get same week appointments. Baiamonte Healthcare and Wellness Center is a Godsend to Sattler
I have always loved working with Natalie during events giving back to the community we live in here in Canyon lake and just wanted to say how proud I am that she is now our family practice provider for me and my mom. Her care is excellent her kindness and ability to put my mother at ease is pretty remarkable and rare in healthcare nowadays.
