He is the best. Dr. Irizarry is by far the best primary doctor I have ever had. He listens, is compassionate, accommodating, and excellent bedside manner. He makes you feel like your a friend or a family member. His staff is outstanding especially Nancy! She is amazing. He is very lucky to have her work for him. I am very lucky to have this team looking out for my health.

I just switched from my old doctor to Dr. Irizarry and I feel that he and his office staff are very nice and accommodating. They asked a lot of questions and called me to see if I was okay.

We chose this doctor to care for my grandfather who just got diagnosed with cancer but every time we need to schedule an appointment or we need an approval from Dr Irizarry for the tests and appointments my grandfather needs there is always an issue. His appointments have been canceled multiple times because this office does not get the approval on time. They are playing with the patients health.

There isn't an option to place a half of the star so I'm going to give him one! Dr Irizarry was one of the doctors I came across while I was at the hospital CFRH and he back then treated me very well but for the past 2 months he has done a 360 and completely change his ways... it's like he is in another planet doesn't seem to care about his patients at the hospital nor his own practice BAI Medical. He hired a NP who thinks is a doctor and classified his patients by private or HMO.

Arrived at the office at 7:45 the secretary did not arrive until 8:39am. Waited and waited to see the doctor. My appointment was for 8:30am . The doctor comes in at 10:45 and tells me your going to have to wait until I see the other patients. He did not even excused himself for being late. Extremely rude.
