They are no longer on Sand Canyon. They took 3 days to respond to a phone call. I think Eslami has disassociated himself with Hoag (or vice versa).
My wife has done important test two weeks ago I keep calling Dr. Eslami’s office office to see if Doctor Eslami already reviewed the result, stuff keep telling me they haven’t received the test result yet I keep asking them to call to lab and request sending result they saying if the result has any urgency lab will let Dr. To know, I just requested the office stuff name Angie to check with Doctor to be sure doctors already seen the result or call lab to ask then to send result to Doctor, she threatening me that she will hang... read more
Dr. is ok but I waited so many times more than an hr. the last 2 times my wife cam with me he made us wait 1:15 minutes my wife was furious and the last time he was no show after 45 minutes wait, I missed my last appointment got a new phone so my notification did not go off they charge me no show fee $75.00 you know this is slap on the face is not the money is the principle I should charge them for my time also for each minute i waited Do not recommend.

This guy needs to retire, absolutely horrible Dr. who is losing his marbles. Wrote wrong Px and incorrect dosage.
