I had such a wonderful experience at this salon! The entire team is incredibly professional, welcoming, and talented. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Here is the best beauty salon that I’ve tried in Toronto. All staff are polite and professional. Solmaz is the owner of this place and she is so expert in her job. I see all clients of them are happy when they leave the salon.
Very disappointed with our experience at Bahar Salon today. We had an appointment booked, but my wife’s eyebrows shaping service was not finished. They told us, “Just give us 10 minutes, we have another customer,” and instead of completing her service properly, they rushed and moved on without finishing it. After that, it was my turn for service, but they completely skipped over me and started serving another customer instead. We paid in full for services that were not properly completed.
