How on earth do you only have one person working on Labor Day? And while it’s 100+ outside still. The car line almost wraps around the building. The parking is full. We waited 20 minutes for the one person to take our order at the walk up and we finally gave up. Lots of other cars and walk-ups gave up and left too. Insane. This Bahama Buck’s has fallen way off and the recent reviews show it.
The two girls worked yesterday’s shift 09/19 around 2pm were extremely rude! Had an attitude when taking my friend and I order. When my friend and I said thank you to them for making our snow cones they just shut the sliding window. RUDE!!! RUDE!!! RUDE!!! Not saying they should get fired, but definitely shouldn’t be taking orders!!
Have always loved sno cones as a kid. This place brings back sweet memories, but I think they have been going through a rough stump lately. Most workers here are nice. A manager named Sophia was very kind to me. However, it felt as if some employees here had genuinely a million better things to do. It gives off an awkward vibe. I really wanted to love this visit because I had my mind set on a Bahama Colada, and apparently I wanted it badly enough to wait it out! 😂 The drive-thru wait was extremely long. I waited at least 10 minutes just to get to the window to place my order, and I honestly considered leaving more than once. Once I finally placed my order, things did move a little faster, which I appreciated. I understand places get busy, but waiting that long before you can even order is a lot.
