This is my second time going there where I felt like I got ripped off. I asked to be topped off for a regular cup and it doesn’t seem like they went up a size. Also, this time I got the Oreo cookie for my daughter and I was asked if I wanted to do, I believe it was called, extreme to which I said yes. However, once we arrived home, I looked in my daughter’s cup, which was mostly full of the saved ice, but no cookies past the top layer. i was enjoying and getting to the end of my large coconut kaluna and then i noticed a hair at the very bottom.. i’m insanely disgusted….
Very sad! We had to wait a long time to be served and only ones trying to order. We ordered 4 smoothies and none were good. All said they did not taste good nor did they taste how it was advertised. This was our first experience here, VERY disappointing.
