The ladies we’re on the spot, tending to customers, and making sure that it was made to the liking. As I was sitting outside, completing some work assignments, I was asked from the window what I thought of my requested unique order. Visited Bahama Buck’s on 12/24/2025 around 3:00 PM. We were not ordering—we were politely asking Katy about an order we were already waiting for. She was rude and disrespectful for no reason. As paying customers, we didn’t deserve that treatment. Very disappointing customer service.
I love love love this place!! Every time my friends and I go the employees are always so friendly, especially Kaleigh!! Last time I showed up it was pretty busy and she was super patient and very friendly. She’s the best!!

This is by far the worst Bahama Buck’s location I’ve ever been to. This is the second time I’ve ordered through DoorDash two large “create your own” snows and both times they’ve tasted like nothing but plain ice. I even added an extra flavor this time to make sure it actually had taste, but nope still just frozen water in a cup. I called to ask for a refund or replacement, and the woman who answered told me I’d have to “take that up with the boss.” Completely unhelpful.
