I’ve been coming to this location for a while now lately it’s not really shaved ice anymore, it’s seems like they’re always in a hurry to fill orders they just hand you melted or too watery products if that makes sense… very disappointed not really worth the price anymore
I have ordered several shaved ices over the years, for family and grandkids, and it seems the quality this past year has diminished. Several times the cups only had minimal syrup and center was completely white. I kept thinking it was just a different shift, but now it has become consistent. Today, I tried one last time asking for extra syrup. After waiting quite a while(I was the only customer) I receive my order with watered down syrup- not extra. I feel I gave B. Bucks plenty of chances and will no longer give them my bus... read more
Came to order 1 smoothie ended up waiting a whole 20 mins. While they were able to make a whole 5 slushies and gave it to other people who ordered after me. They even messed up on one gave it to someone for free while I was still waiting felt very unfair.
This girl named everleigh was helpful and really locked in and gave us good customer service
