Yeah, this place needs an overhaul. I went there on 4/27/26 at 3:45pm and got horrible service. They gave me the wrong sizes in sno cones and when I told them at the window, they transferred my cups to the right size and switched flavors to my orders. It was an intentional act for a simple mixup. I get it, you're busy but I wasn't being an ass about it, I just said "hey, wrong sizes."
