I had an absolutely terrible experience on 10/13/25, From the moment my friends and I walked in, the employees were rude and unwelcoming—they just stared at us instead of greeting us and demanded our name in a dismissive tone. The customer service was awful. When my friend tried to explain that we didn’t want a flat top on our snow cones, they argued with us instead of simply fixing the order. Horrible customer service! Me and my friends went there after hanging out on October 13th 2025 , because we love Bahama bucks, but the staff was very unfriendly and dry no greetings at the door at all. Also let’s not get started on how they kept pointing and laughing at us for absolutely no reason. The snow cones were terrible as well. I had an incredibly disappointing experience on October 13, 2025. My family and I were trying to enjoy our snow cones outside at 8:41 PM, but the employees began pulling the benches inside, making it clear they wanted us to leave. Their behavior was incredibly disrespectful. To make matters worse, when we asked for a flat top snow cone, we didn't receive it. Staff bubbly as always. Drinks were completed as soon as we finished ordering. Prices could be cheaper but you definitely get your money's worth. Inside always clean/cozy! Haven't been in months but it was so worth the wait! My children love this place 🫶
