Last week I was having a bad day and decided I'd have a snow cone for my girl dinner to cheer me up, my friend who I was talking to on the phone who worked for BB for years when we were in high school told me to try the Dr pepper flavor, when I opened the app I saw the dr pepper coconut flavor on the menu but saw it had the cream, which I did not want. if i could leave zero stars i would … i went on a sunday at 6:30pm 05/03/26 most of the employees were laughing, playing, or just standing around. As someone who loves Bahama bucks this was the worst experience ive ever had. My snow cone barely had syrup and i had to ask for extra syrup on the side. All the staff need to be retrained on how to make the snow cones ,cleanliness , and professionalism.
Came in on Sunday @6:20 05/03/26and the guy working was throwing ice on another worker while laughing and playing over cones that needed to be served ,very childish and unprofessional!
Great place
I would give it a 5 star, but I feel they're quite pricey. I spent a little over $9 for an 8oz cup of flavored ice lol. Great customer service though!! Delicious sno cones with the soft ice. I'll be going back...give it a try!
