I had been going several times per week for the Acai bowls, I was almost obsessed. They've recently started to prep the sorbet (I'm guessing because the bowls are time consuming to put together) ahead of time, and I wouldn't care except they are still putting the granola at the bottom of the bowl. That makes the granola get soft and mushy, like oatmeal. I did tell them twice already, not sure if it is getting to management about this issue or not.
I was eating my sno and I noticed there was a small cockroach (or some kind of bug) at the end of the cup after I was done eating. This is disturbing and completely disgusting. I would advise others to stay far away from this place.
