Unprofessional company that takes advantage of hard working veterans in the community. Any company that has to have a nonrefundable policy for not doing any services should not be in business. To take a 100.00 from a family that truly needs it from losing everything in the floods is so shameful and a disgrace to our community. Will recommend to all my fellow veterans and family to steer clear of this company: served over 20 years as a special operator and be thing we had they don’t is honor and integrity. I responded to *** ****** the evening he submitted his review. I have refunded the $99 for the service and was willing to remove his bad review from ******. I'm hopeful since I honored his request of refunding his money he will be willing to retract this bad review as well.

Jesse came and explained everything about the new air conditioning system we needed. But he was not just a "salesman" as he came when it was time to install and was very involved in making sure everything was perfect. We are well satisfied. 😀
