RecommendedEveryone, from the ladies who answer the phone and make appointments to the Jodies and other techs (I think) to Drs. Bagan and Swanholm (Strinden, too, I bet but we have never met :) ), everyone is wonderful- helpful, patient, professional, and thorough. I live 50 miles away but would fly to the moon to see these people.

I'd never had surgery before so I was incredibly nervous especially since I would be awake while they performed the LASIK. Though the minute I walked through the door I felt comfortable it was very professional and the staff was very friendly and able to answer any question. When it came time for the surgery they walked me through everything and let me know what was happening through the entire procedure. I've been near sighted and started wearing bifocals at 23 when I started working full time on the computer. I'm 52 and have been wearing glasses ever since. I could read fine but anything more than 2 feet away was blurry, needing glasses. I had mono-vision surgery a few months back. I now never have to use glasses. I can wear sunglasses and don't have issues with eyeglasses in my motorcycle helmet anymore. Bagan did an EXCELLENT job caring for my most precious ability - my sight. So very happy!!!
This is a truly professional clinic. Everyone is honestly there to help you in any way they can. I have had two appointments with Dr. Bagan and both were great experiences.. The front desk personnel are top notch also. I will use this clinic when and if the need arises again without question!!
