Staff are wonderful there. I prefer to drive there but sometimes can't get there and they are so tiny shipping their homemade treats to my puppies.
Ever since we discovered Bag of Bones 2 years ago, we only ever go there to purchase anything our dog needs. Everyone is SO nice & helpful. Their loyalty program is amazing. I have never ever had a bad experience at Bag of Bones all of these years. We would never even think of going anywhere else.

The employees are so kind and empathetic especially Jeanine and Erin. They know my fur baby has been sick and they always ask about him and how he is doing. I can always count on him eating their goodies even when he isn't feeling the greatest.
