Bag of Bones Barkery is an awesome establishment. I have been buying and shopping at this store since it first opened. The owners are friendly as well as the workers. Always glad to give them my business.
Besides the amazing barkery, I love their natural selection of food and treats. Also they carry different toys compared to other stores. I am so glad I found this place because my dog has severe food allergies and they can make her a cake she can eat and I can enjoy, knowing she will not get sick from it. Thanks a million!
The store is beautiful filled with quality items & food. Everything from toys, food, treats & care & much more. The staff can help in recommendations or concerns.
I have gone in 3 times with my young puppy - yes, mainly for socialization- but each time I have spent $20 or more. The staff could not be bothered to greet me or my puppy let alone help us find appropriate supplies on any of our visits. Prioritizing tasks over customers does not create connection or long-term loyal patronage Update 9/24/19- Bag of Bones staff did go above and beyond to address my concerns and I have every confidence that my future visits will go better!
The staff at Bag of Bones are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! We have been customers for years, and have nothing but praise for their products and recommendations. They have helped us with suggestions to resolve food issues, aggression, picky eaters, behavior problems... they are great!
I’ve been going here for years getting supplies for my dogs when today I was told to leave after a rude disgusting woman gave me a hard time about one of their promotional programs. She was too interested in he said she said than actually helping me solve the issue. She instantly got defensive and blamed me for buying the wrong product even though I’ve talked to management multiple times about this. High end, QUALITY food for our two frenchies! They DONT stock big brand dog food that is riddled with 4-D meat products, corn, grain and harmful additives like Purina or Pedigree. Love this concept!
