Would not take a defective toy back. Never used. Toy did not squeak. Would not even exchange for a toy that was not defective. No loyalty to a good customer
Best Pet Boutique in Mercer County! The employees are helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I will be getting another dog in a short time, so I’m getting prepared for her arrival! Bag of Bones will be my ONE STOP SHOP! So glad we have this store so close. I use to have to go to “Dog Days of Cape May” for my baby’s goodies, collars, toys and human accessories. Went there today, with my dog, to get some treats and toys. I bought the water toy the store clerk recommended for my dog, not 5 minutes into playing with it, it broke. So being I just purchased it, 2 hours earlier, I brought it back with my receipt to either return it or exchange it. The new store clerk told me she could not take it back since it was played with and had teeth marks in it. Great employees, very helpful. They don’t badger you to buy anything special or crazy. They have adorable baked goods for special treats. No shortage of toys to pick from; soft and fluffy to tough and rugged. All the brands you trust that are good for your pups & treats you don’t need but buy because they’re just healthier than the others! My girl loves walking around all the corners & all her treats!
Bag of Bones is by far the best pet store in the area! Our dogs love visiting and the staff is always wonderful!
