It is the best quality of house I have ever known. The treatment in the offices is the best, excellent kindness in the entire group.

After selecting a home and waiting for approval from the preferred lender, we were informed that the property had been sold—without ever being told that other buyers were already in the process of purchasing it. Following that, we were asked to choose a different home, only to find out that option wasn’t actually available. Now, we’re left with a hard inquiry on our credit and nothing to show for it. Horrible experience and I'm actually glad after reading the reviews that we did not buy from this hack of a builder.
