My experience was the same as Mathew Knight posted under 1 star. Been here less than 3 years and I would have done better with a new vehicle when it comes to repairs. One of the many fix it includes ac. They called someone out to fix what was a faulty breaker issue. AC went out again, this time right before 102 degrees weather. Excellent closing experience for clients who love their new home.
This team has been amazing to work with. I love that Annie took the time to give me her personal cell phone number and allowed me to ask any questions or concerns I had during the home buying process, as this was our first time. Billy also really helped and worked with us with finding the best price with what were with comfortable paying and ran many numbers to find the best one before we closed which extremely helped us and made our mortgage payment affordable (only 100 dollars more then our current rent).
