After selecting a home and waiting for approval from the preferred lender, we were informed that the property had been sold—without ever being told that other buyers were already in the process of purchasing it. Following that, we were asked to choose a different home, only to find out that option wasn’t actually available. Now, we’re left with a hard inquiry on our credit and nothing to show for it. Horrible experience and I'm actually glad after reading the reviews that we did not buy from this hack of a builder.
My experience was the same as Mathew Knight posted under 1 star. Been here less than 3 years and I would have done better with a new vehicle when it comes to repairs. One of the many fix it includes ac. They called someone out to fix what was a faulty breaker issue. AC went out again, this time right before 102 degrees weather. My maintenance year was up and the folder that was supposed to have the warranties and contact information on appliances was useless. instead of my writing a long list of what went wrong, but instead ... read more
