I love Baesler's but I had my very first bad experience there Monday at the bakery My Godson & I were trying to pick out his birthday cake. There was a lady behind us getting very frustrated that we were taking so long. She was very rude to us. We were first in line. The employee started to put the rush on us because the lady behind us was getting agitated & the employee kept asking us "Are you ready yet"? So we went to Meijer & had excellant service. Horrific! Extremely upset and supervisor was not nice at all. Im sorry but total crap that a plasctic container of mac n cheese and mashed potatoes are 28$ from the deli wont step foot in your establishment again crooks!!!!! Will make sure to let everyone know bad service horrific prices!!!!!!!@@

Hi, Judi. We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment. A 1 lb container of macaroni and cheese from our hot bar should not be ringing up $28. It should be $6.99 or $13.98 at most if it was the 2 lb container. It is possible there was a discrepancy in the scale and was mis-weighed. We would be more than happy to refund your money for the overcharge.
Love all the things that I can find in Baesler's that I can't find in other stores. Some things are a little expensive, but I will pay that because I love the produce and the meat. Always a pleasure to visit.
Baesler's Market is more than a grocery store--it is a gathering place in this community. The workers are always happy to see you and welcome you with a smile. Baesler's Market (as the folks on "Fork on the Road" said it) is a restaurant as well. Happy Easter!
