RecommendedTook my JLU Sport to have a MetalCloak 2.5" lift installed. Ended up buying new 35" tires also. Mike was very friendly and knowledgable, and most important his install price was much less than other shops around. We had one hiccup, but Mike got it squared away asap! Great group of guys! I will be taking my 4Runner back to them when it's time to lift it.
As with any change, it scares people. I had gears and locker installed shortly before the news dropped of Tim leaving Baertrax. I was concerned since I had been working with Tim for months deciding when and what to do. I contacted Mike and explained a mistake I made. He did everything he could to help me get out of a bind. Mike and Tammi have taken the Baertrax quality reputation serious. I didn't think Baertrax could get better, but I believe it has.
Great experience every time. They pretty much custom built my 2005 Rubicon & have left no stone unturned. Commitment to excellence as well as great customer service is always the case.
Top of the line service all the way. They listen to what you want and don't pressure you to do more to than you can. Even help educate when applicable for new parts operations.

Baertrax Custom Off Road is an off road shop for everybody. They can make your stock Jeep really cool and can complete master work on your already built buggy!! They don’t just do jeeps, Toyota’s, heaven hauler F350’s to 550’s.. the do custom builds like the Jeep Rat Rod, the Woody... they can take care of your needs and make it awesome!!!
It means a lot to me to be able to go wheeling and not worry about who built my rig. With Baertrax you will have the confidence and the tools to tackle the off-road with confidence.
