Very helpful – Clancy helped me when I came in. He was super nice and extremely patient with my indecisiveness. I was in there for almost 2 hours and I greatly appreciate the fact that I was never pressured to purchase anything. In the end, I came home with the perfect bike.

Great customer service – Came into the store and Steve was there to greet me and help. He did a wonderful job and his customer service was on point. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me.

Good as new – I always bring my bike here at Baer Wheels before a cycle marathon. The staff always know how to fix the parts on my bike, making them as good as new.

Money well spent – I've been here twice and both times were great. The first time was to check it out - and a great vibe. I came back and my experience could not have been better. I was happy with the money I spent was more than fair, the staff helpful.

home away form home – The staff is very friendly ready to handle any problems you may have. They go out of they way to make you feel at home away from home. Rooms are clean and well maintained.
