This company had been so great! They were very responsive about meeting with us for the home inspection, super responsive about getting us quotes in a timely manner, and their rates are very competitive and reasonable. Very polite and their HVAC knowledge is second to none. They took the time to help me talk thru the options make the choice that was best for me. Kyle came to fix my AC unit today. He was super helpful, straightforward, friendly, and he try and up-sell me on services I didn’t need. He was also very patient with my curious daughter. I would def recommend them and will use them again if I have additional HVAC issues.

I am not one to usually give bad reviews like this but last weekend I felt like I was taken advantage of by a Clinton County heating & cooling company, Baer Heating & Cooling out of Trenton. I called them last weekend to fix some pipes in our old house where the seal had broken. Two separate pipes, one main gas line seal and one seal by the hot water heater. Called Baer this morning since our furnace went out last night and they were at our house within the hour. Kyle was very helpful and went above and beyond. We really appreciate it!!
