They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
