Nightmare! Let's just say I paid 335.00 to replace a 30.00 lock withOUT a "re-key". Also bought an actuator at 53.00. They charged me a labor fee of 105.00 JUST to "Diagnose" a broken glove box key, a broken driver's side door core and to find out my actuator was out. They used a OBD Reader which costs 50.00 and looks up "codes" when your engine light or maintenance light is on (and mind you, a child could visibly see a lock that was tampered with a blunt object).
