Fork lift driver waited 1hr until his own trucks showed up leaving two flatbeds waiting for unload. We dont get paid hourly you don't have a company without us. Making us wait and fight fir detention is not good business. He wasn't even doing anything in the warehouse or making room.
Fast unloading 7am
They don't play with unloading you. After I spent 2 hours rolling frozen Tarps and straps he got me unloaded quick, even let me roll my Tarps in the warehouse so they wouldn't blow around. Always a class act.
I was behind one of their delivery trucks on the Hwy and dirt and debris fell off the truck and damaged my windshield. I documented the truck and incident info and called the company. The company fielded my claim and told me they had 360 video around the truck they could review to determine what occurred. This would have clearly showed the loss of materials from their truck. They referred my claim to their insurance company for resolution and after working with them for a couple weeks they denied my claim. Given their respon... read more
