They don't play with unloading you. After I spent 2 hours rolling frozen Tarps and straps he got me unloaded quick, even let me roll my Tarps in the warehouse so they wouldn't blow around. Always a class act.
I was behind one of their delivery trucks on the Hwy and dirt and debris fell off the truck and damaged my windshield. I documented the truck and incident info and called the company. The company fielded my claim and told me they had 360 video around the truck they could review to determine what occurred. This would have clearly showed the loss of materials from their truck. At Danny’s Drywall we use Badgerland for all of our bigger loads and they are very reliable. Deliveries are within the window they provide, material is handled well, and if there’s any minor issues they are quick to make things right. Couldn’t ask for a better supplier!
