Everyone we worked with at Badgerland Overheard Door has awesome customer service. We had a spring break on our automatic door over the Labor Day weekend holiday. I sent them a video and Jerry called me right away to discuss the issue and schedule a repair. Chris and Jake arrived on time and got right to work. Fantastic company to work with! I’d give 10 stars if it were possible for exceptional customer service, work quality, and employee interactions from Jodie, Blade, Tyler, and Dru. Jodie was my first point of contact with the company. She was very friendly and handled my special request quickly and followed up after the work was done. Yesterday Badgerland Overhead Door installed our new garage door. Jake was our installer. My husband wanted to still have all the wires hidden in the walls and Jake was able to do this even though he had to get into the attic. I think other installers would have simply said no. He also was helpful to make sure all the openers were working and reprogrammed the car. He also helped to make sure the app was installed correctly on my phone.
