Austen is awesome to work with. Helped us all through the hail claim process. The crew was wonderful! Replaced whole roof in one day. It's not a small roof and has gables as well as being steep. Badgerland did a great job for us!
Badgerland is efficient, reliable, respectful and has a very friendly team of employees. We had a tear off and replacement of our roof due to hail. I called with a few questions after the install. Jeremy got back to me within 24 hours. John and Rob took care of some issues we were dealing with and they were terrific. When you call the office you even get to talk to a human!! I wish all companies were this easy and efficient to work with.
After the big hail storm the roofing companies were all over my neighborhood. I decided to call a few. Only Austin Burley, at Badgerland presented as his.company as an outfit that cared about my house first and the insurance payout a distant second. My neighbors have had various roofing signs in their yards for 6 weeks. I got my new roof in 3 weeks. A+ experience.
Aaron has been very eager and willing to work with us on our roof, and has helped out with other repairs to a damaged soffit. He remains eager and enthusiastic, patient and reassuring. He is still actively assisting us while we try to handle insurance and helps us through the many questions we have as we mindfully navigate our specific needs, and we greatly appreciate his time and efforts.
We really appreciated the honest assessment of our roof situation and all the helpful advice we received (shout out to Aaron)!
