Had issues on 4th of July and called 24/7 hotline and Dan W got the call and came in to help keep me chilling down the road. He was very knowledgeable and was very pleasant and happy to help. And being the Holiday I know I did not want to be working as I'm thinking Dan probably didn't either. I appreciate the professionalism and great attitude he displayed.
