7 good years and following this I regret giving them a cent.... My business rented a storage unit for about 7-8 years (Over $16k in rent!). Because I bought a larger building I no longer had a need for this space. We where scheduled to be out Nov 31 and we had 99.9% of our stuff out. The other .01 % we picked up the following morning at 8am and took it to Goodwill.
