I had called this company to get an estimate on a simple roof/gutter repair. I was told by the very nice receptionist that they would call me in a couple days to give me an estimate. I never received a phone call. That's all it takes for me to find someone else, there are plenty of other choices. I (like most other people) do not have time to chase down a company that hasn't done anything for me yet. I recommend you save your time and find a different company.
