In 2019, we hired Badger Contracting of Germantown, Wisconsin to install 3 new skylights to replace our old ones. A $3,000 job. Within 6 months, the first one started leaking. My husband and I both called numerous times and emailed Badger Contracting through their website. No one got back to us. As of last fall, (2 years later) all three skylights leak profusely. I'm so sick over this situation I could vomit. We had countless issues during the installation of our roof, skylight, and gutters. Wrong skylight installed (was supposed to be one that opens for venting, as it's in the masterbathroom) and never finished trimming it. They would have had to removed sections of the shingles to put in the right one so instead there was no charge. Had a roof installed, took 2 full years to get them back to finish the job. The roof areas that were quoted to have a spray coating (which is why it wasn't finished) are not even eligible for that specific treatment, and no price adjustment was given. Non matching shingles were then put in, but there are bare spots and water keeps leaking in. Today marks the 3rd flood in my downstairs unit due to the negligence of this company.

Back in November of 2017, shortly after we purchased our investment property, we paid in full to have our home and two garages reroofed. It is now August of 2019 and the work still has not been completed. There were 3 flat roof areas that could not be done in November because it was too cold for the spray coating to properly cure, these were supposed to be done in the spring/summer of 2018.
