If I could give them zero stars, I would! Matt is the worst manager that I have ever spoken with and should not be dealing with customers. The absolute worst Customer Service I have ever received! I don’t believe that a manager should be yelling at his customers when providing a faulty product twice! I’m not sure how this man has been able to retain a job with the way that he speaks with people. Do not do business with this company!
