I've never been more pleased with an Auto Repair shop than I am with Bad Rock. They have bent over backward to help me resolve issues with my Jeep and Explorer and even referred me to a specialized shop when they were too busy or didn't feel they had the specific technical expertise to help with a specific transmission problem i encountered. They have to be very careful, or they will give Auto Repair Shops a good name.
I travel across the state for work. My last job took me to the springs... on my way home on hwy 24 about two miles past cave of the winds my drive line snapped on 2013 jeep rubicon. I had my jeep towed to Bad rock. Rick took my call and saw my jeep through the process. Less than 24 hours later my Jeep was back on the road and the customer service was warm and comforting. I live 60 miles away but I will be back for maintenance service in the future.
They are liers they sell veichles that are not in as good as condition they say they are.There warranty is bullshit.The owner is rude and inconsiderate and made my Mother cry.They don't keep there word.There bumper to bumper warranty is a lie.Don't shop there don't get your veichle there don't give them any business.
Not only are they over priced, but the mechanics are horrible! My tires never got patched or even looked at even though I got them there. My tires were supposed to be rotated but weren't. They looked at my breaks well enough to see if needed new breaks but completely missed the warped roater on the same side. I left with squeeling tires, and grinding noise. They sent a "mechanic" to look at it. He was so incompetent all he could do was try to tighten my lug nuts... my husband had to tell him what the problem was. I was also ... read more
I went in hoping to find out why my power steering went out. They then told me it would cost $110 for them to just look at my car. What happened to free diagnostics? Instead, Mac (the owner) wants to rip people off. I took my car elsewhere, and you know what? I didn't have to pay a diagnostics fee...
This shop replaced a part in my vehicle with the wrong part and refused to refund me for their mistake. I had to pay a GM dealership $900 to fix their mistake and all Mac could tell me is "GM doesn't know what they are talking about"
Mac and his crew worked hard to get my Jeep squared away when I was in a pinch. I'm stationed at Fort Carson and couldn't get to work until it was repaired. Mac stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. Outstanding customer service and great people. Bad Rock has earned my business for life.
